TRAINING OF PHARMACIST ORGANIZERS: FEATURES OF SPECIALIZATION AND EDUCATIONAL COMPONENTS

The article considers the educational program of specialization "Organization and Management of Pharmacy", aimed at improving the qualifications of pharmacists and training specialists for managerial activities in pharmacy institutions. The structure of the program, educational components, teaching methods, knowledge control system and certification criteria are analyzed, which provide a comprehensive approach to the training of specialists. The program contains mandatory and additional educational modules that cover issues of pharmaceutical management, economics, standardization and certification of medicines, clinical pharmacy, drug manufacturing technology, as well as the activities of pharmacies in emergency situations. An important role is played by modern teaching methods, which include lectures, practical classes, trainings, group discussions, testing and independent work of students. Assessment of learning outcomes is carried out through current control, tests and final certification, which includes an exam and an interview. Successful completion of the program is confirmed by the Certificate of a Specialist Pharmacist, which gives the opportunity to work in management positions in the pharmaceutical industry. The results of the study confirm the effectiveness of the program as a tool for the professional development of pharmacists, which meets modern market requirements and international standards of pharmaceutical education.
