Еволюція професій фармацевтичних працівників: сучасні тренди, розширення ролі та перспективи розвитку

Актуальність. Сучасні трансформаційні процеси у системі охорони здоров’я України супроводжуються суттєвим розширенням ролі фармацевтичних працівників та зміною змісту їх професійної діяльності. Оновлення кваліфікаційних характеристик фармацевтів відображає перехід до клінічно орієнтованої та пацієнтоорієнтованої моделі фармацевтичної допомоги.
Мета роботи – здійснити комплексний аналіз сучасних кваліфікаційних характеристик фармацевтичних працівників України та визначити ключові напрями трансформації професійної ролі фармацевта в системі охорони здоров’я.
Матеріали і методи. У дослідженні використано нормативно-правовий, контент-аналіз, порівняльний, системний та професіографічний методи для аналізу Випуску 78 Довідника кваліфікаційних характеристик професій працівників галузі охорони здоров’я.
Результати. Проведений аналіз дозволив систематизувати функціональні обов’язки фармацевтичних працівників за ключовими напрямами діяльності та визначити диференціацію компетенцій між фармацевтом, фармацевтом-аналітиком, клінічним фармацевтом і фармацевтом-косметологом. Встановлено перехід від товарно-орієнтованої моделі діяльності до клінічно орієнтованої моделі фармацевтичної допомоги, що передбачає участь фармацевтів у фармакотерапії, профілактиці, фармаконагляді, управлінні якістю та фармакоекономічній оцінці. Визначено універсальні компетенції фармацевта та сформовано порівняльну матрицю компетенцій фармацевтичних спеціалізацій. Показано багаторівневу інтеграцію фармацевтів у систему охорони здоров’я, зокрема у первинну медичну допомогу, клінічну практику, громадське здоров’я та систему забезпечення якості.
Висновки. Оновлення кваліфікаційних характеристик відображає формування сучасної моделі фармацевтичної практики, орієнтованої на клінічну інтеграцію, безпеку фармакотерапії та міждисциплінарну взаємодію. Отримані результати окреслюють напрями подальшого розвитку фармацевтичної професії, модернізації освіти та вдосконалення кадрової політики у сфері охорони здоров’я.
